JBO Communications was formed in 1999 and almost immediately had it's first customer Optus Communications to whom we provided maintenance of voicemail provisioning systems and associated services such as the migration of more than 2,000,000 users between the existing 20 autonomous systems and the new single voicemail platform.

Since this time our people have been involved in a range of areas from the development of applications to conduct hearing tests via telephone to the supply of telephony services at both the class four and five levels.

The depth of experience gained from working with these clients who come from all facets of the telecommunications industry has added greatly to our more than decades of experience with the 'nuts and bolts' of telecommunications and uniquely positions us to provide services that more accurately meet your telecommunications requirements.

JBO Communications has also supplied Tele-housing and Internet connectivity to a number of community organisations and projects most notably in the area of Amateur Radio enabling the expansion of this hobby which plays a role in emergency communications and the initial training of the next generation of engineers.
